A UX/UI designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Management, passionate about solving human problems and crafting delightful, intuitive experiences. I’m inspired by the process of transforming ideas into meaningful interactions that make people smile.
As an ESFP-T, my personality test results highlight a strong interest in social engagement and team projects, reflecting my passion for working directly with users. In my previous role as a Reservation Manager at a tourism company, I collaborated with a diverse, international team and engaged with clients worldwide. This experience taught me the importance of designing to meet users’ needs rather than relying on personal preferences or assumptions—an approach that became one of my favorite aspects of the job.
Before transitioning to UX design, I gained extensive experience in customer interaction, where I analyzed needs and crafted tailored solutions to address concerns. This role honed my skills in active listening, understanding user needs, and solving complex problems to create empowering experiences.
Among all the exciting tasks in UX, I am most passionate about interaction design and information architecture.
Outside of design, I’m an avid swimmer. It’s my escape from the chaos of the world, helping me to focus, relax, and recharge.
